Place your order directly from this website, using the respecte d PayPal sy stem for secure credit card or debit card transactions, you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to purcha se tickets . It's easy, it's fast, and it's safe. To purchase your ticket, click ADD TO CART above. To purchase more than one ticket, click ADD TO C ART and then change the quantity to your desired amount, make sure to hit UPDATE CART before checking out. After purchasing your tickets, you will be sent a confirmation via email email@example.com with all of your travel details. (Ticket price includes your bus trip to and from New York City). No hard tickets will be sent out, only an email confirmation. There will be 2 buses going to NYC, please let us know immediately after you order tickets, by emailing Kacey Ober, if you would like to be on the same bus as a friend or family member who ordered tickets separately. We do NOT assign seats to each person, we do assign bus numbers to each group. Seats are on a first come, first serve basis. Any tickets that were purchased together will automatically be assigned to the same bus. We do ask for every ticket buyer's cell phone number for the bus hosts to have on hand in case of emergencies.
Refunds will not be given if you cancel your tickets 48 hours before trip leaves.
Should we have bad weather in the forecast for March 15th, WROZ will email you (using the email address that you purchased tickets with) to let you know if the trip is being cancelled or rescheduled. A notice will also be placed on our website, www.roseradio.com, keyword BUS. If the trip gets cancelled, your money will be refunded. If the trip gets rescheduled, you will have the option to keep your tickets or get a refund.
*Executive Coach cannot guarantee the mentioned drop-off location will be the same the day of the trip. When more than 1 bus has the same drop off location and you add NYC traffic to that, it can be difficult so some drivers will talk to the bus host about choosing plan B. The host will communicate to everyone on the bus so you are all aware.
