York Jaycees Chili Cookoff
Join The Rose Team outside Sovereign Bank Stadium in Downtown York for the 24th Annual York Jaycees Chili Cookoff and Salsa Showdown, presented by Senecal Software, on Saturday, May 26 from 12-4 pm. Enjoy unlimited chili samples plus other great food, live entertainment and activities for kids and adults alike. Admission at the gate is $10 for adults. Children 10 and under are free. Heritage Days
Join The Rose team for the Historic Wrightsville 37th Annual Heritage Day Celebration at the John Wright property along the Susquehanna River. Festivities take place from 8 am-4 pm and the event is held rain or shine. There's lots to see and do. Tractors, antques, crafts, collectibles, food, entertainment, antique/muscle cars/bicycles, pedal cars, games and more.
Red Rose Run
The Rose will be at the 36th Annual Red Rose Run, presented by Highmark Blue Shield, on Saturday, June 2 beginning at 8:30 am in Downtown Lancaster. In addition to the main event, a 5-mile run, there will also be a wheelchair race, 1-mile run/walk and kids run. Come cheer the runners on as they begin the race in Lancaster Square and run throughout the city, Lancaster County Central Park and back to downtown. Get all the race details HERE.
Market on the Square Day
Join The Rose Team from 11 am-3 pm on the square in Manheim as the 250th anniversary of Manheim Borough continues. A variety of events are planned in honor of the celebration. Bring out the entire family to enjoy live entertainment, including performances from the Lancaster Liederkrantz singers and dancers, plus a trike race, product characters including Cylo from Lancaster Barnstormers, tons of food, games, activities and more.
